Jamie Oldroyd has a diverse work experience in various consulting and change management roles. Starting in 2008, Jamie worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in business and IT transformation. Jamie then joined The North Highland Company UK as a Senior Consultant, leading and supporting the delivery of complex business transformation and change programs. In 2015, Jamie transitioned to the BBC, serving as a Business Change Manager and leading change activities within the Design & Engineering division. Jamie later joined PRS for Music, where they held several roles including Head of Operational Assurance and Head of Distribution Assurance, leading transformations and improvements in operational and royalty distribution processes. Currently, Jamie is working as a Principal at Moorhouse, a consulting firm focused on delivering change and helping clients turn their strategy into action.
Jamie Oldroyd attended Durham University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied History. Prior to that, Jamie attended Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools from 2000 to 2005. Jamie also holds several additional certifications, including a Chartered Management Consultant certificate from the Chartered Management Institute.
