Andrew Wolstan

Andrew Wolstan has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Development at Moov Technologies Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, they were an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund starting from July 2021. Andrew also held the position of Charter Member at TechGC from December 2019.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Canoo as the General Counsel and Co-Founder. Before that, they were a Senior Corporate Counsel at Faraday Future from 2016 to 2017. Andrew began their legal career as an Associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson from 2013 to 2016. Andrew then joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an Associate from 2010 to 2013, where they had previously worked as a Summer Associate in 2009.

Andrew's early career included internships at The Blackstone Group as a Legal Intern in 2008 and at Western Asset Management as a Summer Intern focused on Derivatives in 2006.

Andrew Wolstan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University. Additionally, they hold a JD degree from Columbia Law School.
