Cristina Gamboa Escalona has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an EJECUTIVA PGU BACKOFFICE MOVISTAR at ATENTO CL, where they provided telephone support to technicians and customers, handled customer requests, and had knowledge of telecommunications programs and applications. Then, in 2019, they worked as an ENCARGADA ZONAL CLICK&COLLECT at MULTIBRANDS FALABELLA, where they were responsible for reporting sales and maintaining response times and rejection rates for 28 stores. Later that year, they joined Falabella Retail S.A as an ADMINISTRATIVO GESTIÓN, where they managed purchase orders, approvals, and expenses tracking. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Shipit as a Customer Experience / KAM, maintaining customer portfolios and focusing on upselling and cross-selling, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction levels. Currently, since 2021, they work at MOOVA as a Key Account Manager, overseeing customer operations, compliance with SLA agreements and support, and monitoring complex operations.
