Julian van den Berg currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Mooven since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer success roles across various companies. Previously, Julian held positions at Matrak, including Customer Success Lead and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and also worked as a Student Coach at Startmate. Prior experience includes a role in enterprise customer success at a stealth startup, Project Manager for Customer Experience at eBev, and a sales-focused position as Product & Sales Associate where Julian enhanced sales processes and customer feedback initiatives. As a co-founder of Brave Beverages, Julian played a crucial role in product development and branding. With a background in finance and marketing from Macquarie University and a certificate in SQL from the University of Sydney, Julian combines technical and commercial acumen to drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
