Karen Barte-Casalme, MMA has a long history of work experience. Karen has been working since 2005 when they began as an Accounting Generalist at ACM Commodities Co. In 2011, they became a General Ledger Analyst at Bombardier Transportation Shared Service Center (Phils). From 2012 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Elementz Interactive, including HR Manager, Executive Secretary, and Director of Operations. In 2017, they became a Human Resource Specialist at BOMBARDIER. In 2018, they began working as a Process & Data Analyst at GO-VA Incorporated. In 2020, they became a Sr. HR Business Partner at Shearwater CPO\u00ae - Home of Clinicians. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a People Operations Partner at Moralis Web3.

Karen Barte-Casalme, MMA obtained a Master's degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of San Carlos in 2010, following their completion of a BSMA in Management Accounting from the same institution in 2004.
