Ganesh Subramanian

Ganesh Subramanian is an experienced human resources leader with a significant track record in various high-level HR roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at More Retail Private Limited since December 2019, Ganesh previously held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Ola from July 2017 to November 2019, overseeing HR for both India and international markets. Prior to this, Ganesh accumulated extensive experience at Unilever, where roles included HR Director for Enterprise & Technology Solutions, General Manager for HR Enterprise Support, and Change Management Director for a large HR Transformation Programme. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, an Insead Coaching Certificate from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
