Mike Brown

Mike Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and business development sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Insurance Broker, and Benefits Broker at Moreton & Company since July 2016, Mike focuses on cost containment, enhancing company culture, and refining client experiences for mid to large business groups. Prior to this role, Mike was the VP of Business Development and Brand Manager at The Source, where niche market B2B sales and brand identity development were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Mike held the position of Operations Manager at The Source, overseeing production operations and policy implementation. Earlier in their career, Mike managed 36 retail locations as District Manager at RadioShack, overseeing a large team across southern Texas. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Boise State University.
