Lee Rains

Lee Rains is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial and supervisory roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials since October 2023, Lee previously held the same title at Magna International from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Lee advanced from Recruiting Supervisor at DRÄXLMAIER Group, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for a global automotive supplier, to HR Generalist at Rexnord, a diversified industrial company. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Warren Wilson College.
