Krista Reynolds

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Properties, Krista L. Reynolds is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Morgan Properties to recruit, develop, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Krista oversees all human resource functions, including leadership development, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and payroll.

Krista has nearly 30 years of human resource experience. Prior to joining Morgan Properties, she served as the Human Resources Administrator for the Center for Claims Resolution in Princeton, New Jersey, where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, payroll, leave administration, employee relations, and records retention.

Krista attended Rider University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University.

In addition, Krista has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
