Nicole Davies

Nicole Davies has a strong background in various roles within human resources and talent optimization. Nicole started their career at Duke University in 2002, where they worked as an Assistant Dean and Program Coordinator. In 2007, they joined THE LEE W.ROBINSON COMPANY as the Director of Operations, and then moved on to Marine Electric Company in 2009, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. In 2011, Nicole joined ADP, where they held the position of Client Relations Executive and Senior HR Business Partner for six years. Currently, they are working at Valet Living as the Vice President of Talent Optimization.

Nicole Davies completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1997. Nicole then pursued a Master of Science degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, Nicole obtained several professional certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2021, Influencer Certified Trainer from VitalSmarts in April 2021, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in June 2019, Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching in July 2016, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in November 2014, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2010, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in December 2017.
