Carla Thomas

Carla Thomas is an experienced Revenue Accountant with a strong background in financial management and a proven track record in various accounting roles. Since January 2016, Carla has managed one of Morguard's largest retail properties, Bramalea City Centre, and previously handled small to medium Office/Industrial properties. Prior to this position, Carla worked at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network from July 2009 to December 2015, where responsibilities included training junior Accounts Receivable analysts and preparing monthly reconciliation journal entries. Carla's earlier experience includes roles at Tech Data, where duties encompassed vendor payable management and invoice processing in the SAP system, and at Nestlé, where Carla managed a portfolio of 3000 accounts in Credit and Collections. Carla holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Humber College, earned between 1999 and 2002.
