Mori
Meredith is a scientist on the confectionery and shelf-stable food teams at Mori, where she researches new product applications for novel edible coatings. She is interested in a systems-wide approach to reducing consumer packaged goods (CPG) waste, including both product and packaging. Meredith has academic research experience in developing functional gummy confections for the delivery of fruit polyphenols and has previously worked in new product development for the CPG industry.
Meredith holds a BS and MS in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University.
