Alison Gaither

Alison Gaither has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Alison is currently working as the Director of Client Services at Morning Consult since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Insights & Strategy at GutCheck from January 2021 to July 2021. Alison also worked as a Senior Research Strategist at GutCheck from June 2019 to January 2021. Before joining GutCheck, Alison worked at Mintel as a Reports Analyst in the Beauty department from August 2017 to May 2019. Alison also held the position of Senior Client Service Manager in the Beauty & Personal Care division at Mintel from August 2015 to August 2017. Alison started their career as a Color Consultant at SEPHORA and worked there from June 2011 to June 2015. Prior to that, Alison worked as a Global Marketing Data Analyst at Mead Johnson Nutrition from August 2014 to June 2015.

Alison Gaither obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014.
