Elisa Elvove

Elisa Elvove has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elisa started their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Behavioral Science, where they provided research assistance and facilitated communication among team members. Elisa then interned at Blue Sky Bridge, where they conducted research and provided support to families and children in difficult situations related to child abuse prevention and intervention.

In 2014, Elisa became the Director of Community Service at Delta Gamma, where they fostered relationships with local organizations, organized community service activities, and promoted a culture of philanthropy and volunteerism among 240 young women.

Elisa further expanded their skill set by interning at the Make-A-Wish Foundation in 2015, where they created databases, assisted with wish granting logistics, and managed administrative tasks.

From 2017 to 2020, Elisa worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Truth Initiative, providing support to senior executives, managing calendars and travel arrangements, and overseeing department-wide metrics and growth reporting.

Elisa joined Morning Consult in 2020 as a Talent Coordinator, where they coordinated high volumes of complex interviews, ensured a positive candidate experience, and managed job descriptions within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Elisa then progressed to Manager, Senior Manager, and most recently Director of Talent Operations. In these roles, they worked on various strategic initiatives to improve the talent selection process, analyzed attrition data, and facilitated training and development for interviewers.

Throughout their career, Elisa has demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to fostering positive relationships and supporting organizational growth.

Elisa Elvove has studied Psychology & Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Sociology, Italian, and Food Studies at The Umbra Institute. No specific start or end years for their education have been provided.
