James Caparosa has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. James is currently working at Morningstar as the SVP of Platform Partnerships, where they are responsible for managing third-party platform partnerships and App Hub integrations in North America. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of Strategic Distribution Consulting, providing consulting services to financial services firms to optimize their distribution strategies and enhance market presence. James has also held various leadership positions at FIDx and Prudential Financial, including SVP of National Accounts and Vice President of Strategic Distribution and Strategic Relationship Management. James started their career at MetLife and Cash Management Group, gaining experience in sales management and financial analysis. Overall, James has demonstrated expertise in distribution strategy, business development, and relationship management within the financial services sector.
