Robert Růžička

Robert Růžička has extensive work experience in various roles. Robert currently works at MoroSystems as a Sales Manager, where they focus on communication with new clients and finding solutions for the BFSI sector. Robert is responsible for the company's sales agenda and provides consultations in areas such as DevOps and cloud solutions.

Prior to this, Robert worked as a Key Account Manager at EVROFIN Int. spol. s r.o., where they were involved in selling and proposing comprehensive customer communication solutions. Robert also worked as a Business Manager at Asseco Solutions CZ, where they were responsible for selling and proposing ERP system solutions and later became a Teamleader for the "Networking" project.

Before that, Robert was a Manager at Zafido s.r.o., where they built and managed a wholesale store for gardening materials with a team of 8-10 people. Robert was responsible for overall strategy, assortment, logistics, and sales results.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked as an Account Manager at Outward Bound - Česká cesta, s.r.o., and as a Director at Software Beautis.

Robert Růžička pursued their higher education at the Prague University of Economics and Business. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in the field of Business Economics and Management. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they furthered their education at the same institution and earned an Engineer's degree (Ing.) in Business Economics and Management.
