Allison Sang, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Morphic Therapeutic, where experience includes significant contributions to the field of immunology since July 2019. Previously, at Compass Therapeutics LLC, Allison Sang developed innovative in vitro cell-based screening assays that identified lead antibodies for autoimmune disease treatment. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado Denver, research focused on molecular pathways related to B cell expansion in systemic lupus erythematosus patients. Earlier academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Florida, with thesis research investigating B cell tolerance breakdown in lupus models. Additional roles include a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Tampa and a Summer Research Intern at the Cancer Research Institute. Awards include the Henry Kunkel Society Meeting Travel Award and selection as an oral presenter for a Keystone Symposia workshop.
