Anastasiia Karnaukhova 🇺🇦

Anastasiia Karnaukhova has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Anastasiia began their career in 2007 as a Web Communications & Relations Specialist at Premium Ltd., a food and nutrition company. In 2009, they transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist at The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. During this time, they also held roles as a Specialist on quality of medicines applied for variation procedures and Expert on quality of medicines applied for marketing authorization/renewal procedures.

In 2012, Anastasiia joined Sandoz, where they served as a Local Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance/Local RMP Manager. Anastasiia later became the Manager Safety Risk Management in the Global Pharmacovigilance & Clinical Safety department and then the Operational Excellence Manager in the Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Development & Novartis GDD division.

From 2018, Anastasiia worked at MorphoSys as the Sr. Operational Excellence Manager in the OpEx & Training department. Anastasiia then progressed to roles including a.i. Global Program Team Director and Associate Global Program Team Director before becoming the Global Program Team Director in the Global Program Strategy division. Anastasiia also held the position of Head of R&D Operations & Excellence for the Clinical Research & Development Organization.

Throughout their career, Anastasiia has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various areas, including project management, contract management, business operations, and global program strategy.

Anastasiia Karnaukhova's education history starts with their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Bogomolets National Medical University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Anastasiia then pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same university, completing it from 2009 to 2010.

Later, Anastasiia Karnaukhova enrolled in MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2016 to 2018, where they earned an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business.

In addition to their academic achievements, Anastasiia Karnaukhova has obtained multiple certifications. These include the certification "Auditor of the quality management systems, the international standard ISO 13485" from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2011. Anastasiia also holds certifications in various areas such as leadership, data visualization, office politics, strategic thinking, personal productivity, and strategic agility, which they obtained from LinkedIn between 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, they completed the online program for emerging leaders, "Women In Leadership," offered by the Harvard Division of Continuing Education in 2022.
