Kristen Erekson

Kristen Erekson has over 15 years of work experience in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

Kristen is currently working at MorphoSys as the Vice President of Business Operations & Innovation since March 2021.

Before joining MorphoSys, they worked at Tolmar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for 7 years. Kristen served as the Vice President of Analytics and Business Operations from January 2019 to March 2021 and as the Senior Director of Sales and Business Analytics from August 2014 to March 2021.

Prior to Tolmar Pharmaceuticals, Kristen worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals for 4 years. Kristen held the positions of Senior Marketing Analyst from March 2011 to August 2014 and Commercial Reporting Analyst from February 2010 to March 2011.

Kristen'scareer started at Hewitt Associates where they worked as an Actuarial Analyst from July 2006 to February 2010.

Kristen Erekson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in Probability and Statistics from Northern Illinois University between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's of Marketing Analytics at DePaul University from 2013 to 2016.
