Jürgen Klattig

Jürgen Klattig has a strong background in research and project leadership. Jürgen started their career as a Research Associate at Epidauros Biotechnologie AG in 2000. Jürgen then pursued their doctoral studies at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they joined Leibniz-Institut für Alternsforschung - Fritz-Lipmann-Institut e.V. (FLI) as a Forschender Doktorand and later as a Forscher (Postdoktorand) from 2004 to 2007.

In 2007, Jürgen Klattig transitioned to MorphoSys, where they held several key roles. Jürgen started as a Scientist in 2007 and worked their way up to Project Team Leader MOR-own Projects in 2009, Senior Scientist Customer Project in 2011, and Associate Director | Project Team Leader Customer Projects from 2014 to 2017. Jürgen then served as the Director | Team Leader Core Technologies and, most recently, as the Research Technical Project Lead since February 2022.

Throughout their career, Jürgen Klattig has consistently demonstrated their expertise in research, project leadership, and core technologies.

Jürgen Klattig obtained their Diplom degree in Biologie, allgemein from the Technical University of Munich in the years 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Doktor (Ph.D.) in Biologie, allgemein at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, with an end date of 2006.
