Saskia Lehrmann

Saskia Lehrmann has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an internship at AUDI AG in 2008. Saskia then completed an internship at Wittenstein AG in 2012. From 2014 to 2020, Saskia worked as a Personalmanager at Butz Personal Würzburg-Mainfranken GmbH. In 2020, they joined HEINEMANN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING GMBH as a Senior HR Manager, and in 2021, they worked as a Senior HR Expert at HR factory GmbH. Saskia's most recent roles include being a Senior Manager Global Talent Acquisition at MorphoSys from January to March 2022, followed by an Associate Director Global Talent Acquisition role from March 2022 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director/HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition at MorphoSys starting from July 2023.

Saskia Lehrmann completed their education at various institutions. From 2011 to 2014, they attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they also studied at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Business Studies). In between their bachelor's and master's degrees, in 2009 and 2010, Saskia attended Università degli Studi di Siena, where they focused on the Department of Economics, although the degree obtained during this period is unspecified.
