Thomas Gautzsch

Thomas Gautzsch has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Thomas started their career at Deutsche Bahn as a Kaufmännischer Angestellter from August 1990 to July 1994. Thomas then worked at Heinritzi Betriebs GmbH as a Restaurantleiter from June 1996 to August 1999. Subsequently, they joined BMW Automag GmbH as a Serviceassistent from September 1999 to December 2000. In 2001, Thomas joined TNS Infratest as a Personalsachbearbeiter and remained there until October 2010. From October 2010 to December 2018, they worked at MorphoSys AG in various roles, including Senior Manager Personalcontrolling and Administration. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director Personalcontrolling und Administration HR at MorphoSys AG, starting from January 2019.
