Kathleen Warnecke

Kathleen Warnecke has a wealth of experience in human resources, specifically in compensation and benefits. Kathleen currently holds the position of VP, US Head of Human Resources at MorphoSys since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ipsen from November 2018 to April 2021 as a Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits North America. From 2003 to 2018, Kathleen held various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, including Director of Compensation & Mobility Services, Corporate Compensation & Benefits Manager, and Head of HR, Compensation & Benefits. Their responsibilities at Boehringer Ingelheim included overseeing compensation, benefits programs, job evaluation, and managing acquisition and divestiture projects. Before joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Kathleen worked at debitel AG as an HR Compensation & Benefits / HR Business Partner from 1996 to 2002. Kathleen began their career as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden, where they focused on project management, business development, and lecturing at the Human Resource Institute.

From 1989 to 1994, Kathleen Warnecke attended Technische Universität Dresden. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Business Economics and successfully completed their studies, earning the degree of Dipl.-Kauffrau - Master Graduate. Their focus of study was in the fields of HR (Human Resources) and Finance.
