Salina Hanson

Head Of Talent Development at Morrison & Foerster

Salina Hanson has a diverse background in talent development and learning and development. Salina began their career at Bayer HealthCare in 2002 as a Manager of Learning and Development, where they were responsible for enhancing employee training and development. In 2011, they moved to Levi Strauss & Co. as the Director of Global Executive Development, where they focused on improving executive performance, leadership development, and succession planning. Since 2014, Salina has been with Morrison & Foerster LLP as the Head of Talent Development, where they have spearheaded talent planning efforts, overhauled corporate culture, and created leadership development programs to drive business growth.

Salina Hanson holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University. Salina also has a Bachelor of Art in Business Management from Sonoma State University. Prior to their higher education, they attended Riverside Poly High School. Salina has obtained several certifications, including "Creating Leadership Development Programs" from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), "DiSC Personality Assessment" from Everything DiSC, "InsideOut Coaching 4.0" from InsideOut Development, "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" from CPP, Inc., and "Thomas Kilman Conflict Assessment" from CPP, Inc.
