Kara Emig, RD has extensive experience in the nutrition and wellness field. Kara currently holds the position of Director of Nutrition and Wellness at Morrison Living since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Dietitian at the same company from January 2021 to May 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Kara worked as an Account Executive at Shamrock Foods Company. Kara started their career at Morrison Living in 2008, where they held various positions including Director of Support Services and Regional Clinical Nutrition Manager. Their tenure at Morrison Living lasted for a decade, from October 2008 to January 2018.

Kara Emig, RD obtained their Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.
