Thomas Anderson

Tom’s practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice, professional liability and other complex insurance defense and tort litigation. Over the last 30 years, he has tried numerous medical malpractice cases, successfully defending physicians, hospitals and other professionals in almost every medical specialty. He has also tried wrongful death and other high exposure general negligence and personal injury actions. As part of his practice, Tom also regularly defends physicians and dentists in administrative actions brought against them by the Department of Public Health.
