Thomas M. Robinson

Tom is a partner in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. He has extensive experience in civil litigation on behalf of corporations, insurance companies and self-insureds with an emphasis on trial work. He has represented corporations and individuals in a broad range of subject matters including premises liability, malpractice, contract issues, commercial real estate litigation, business disputes, employment discrimination and coverage opinions.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Tom served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Joseph R. Weisberger of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
