Paul Marchal

Paul Marchal has extensive work experience in the eyewear industry, having served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Morrow since September 2015. In this role, they are responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the company. Prior to joining Morrow, Paul worked at imec, where they held various positions. Paul was the Director from August 2011 to September 2015, the Principal Scientist from January 2008 to August 2011, and the Sr. Research Engineer from January 2005 to December 2007.

Paul Marchal completed their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the same field at KU Leuven from 1999 to 2005.
