Pauline Taylor

Pauline Taylor has extensive work experience in HR and coaching roles. Pauline is currently the Head of Employee Services at Morses Club PLC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PHR as an HR Professional & Coach from April 2017 to October 2022. Pauline also worked at P-Coach as a Personal Performance Coach from August 2017 to September 2021. Additionally, they have held HR Manager positions at Morses Club PLC from November 2017 to May 2019 and at LIV Group from August 2016 to March 2017. Before that, they owned and offered HR consultancy and project management services through THRC from May 2007 to March 2016. Pauline also worked as an Interim HR Consultant at Portasilo Ltd from November 2014 to March 2015 and as the Head of HR (contract) at Aerion Fund Management Ltd from an unspecified date in 2007 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, they were a Franchise Owner & Image Consultant at House of Colour (Tadcaster) from June 2008 to March 2011, and a Resourcing Specialist & Projects Coordinator at National Grid from September 2006 to March 2007.

Pauline Taylor obtained a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy in 2019. Pauline pursued an MA in Management (Strategic HRM) at the University of Hull from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management with a focus on HR from Kingston University in 1994. In addition to their degrees, Pauline also holds additional certifications. Pauline became a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner through the Society of NLP in February 2013. Furthermore, they obtained an RQTU (Level A & Level B Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing) from The British Psychological Society in August 2009.
