Cate Dalton

Cate Dalton's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Cate is currently working at Accenture as a Senior Manager and Senior Managing Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at Mortgage Cadence as the EVP of Customer Advocacy and VP of Product Marketing Manager. At Mortgage Cadence, they advised and transformed the organization into a customer-centric business model and aligned market trends with technology capabilities. Before that, Cate held the position of VP of Product Manager at Mortgage Cadence, where they created and delivered product strategies for customer value and business growth. Cate also worked at Dalton and Associates, LLC as a Managing Consultant, where they developed change management strategies and established benchmarking metrics. Cate's experience also includes working at Stewart Title as the VP of National Business Relationship and Operations Manager and CIO - Mountain State Region, where they aligned business and IT strategies and managed IT and technology software organizations. Cate also worked at Stewart Lender Services as a Sales Manager and at Stewart Title as a Sr. Business Implementation Manager and Assistant Financial Controller.

Cate Dalton attended the University of Southern California from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Drama. In addition to their college education, Cate also holds several certifications. These certifications include an Ethics and Compliance certification from Accenture, obtained in December 2022, a Mortgage Action Alliance Member certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association, obtained in June 2020, an EQ Assessors Certification from Six Seconds, obtained in December 2019, a SAFe Certification PO/PM from SAFe, obtained in October 2017, a PMC-III (Prgamatic Marketing Certification) from an institution called Pragmatic Marketing Certification, obtained in January 2016, an ITIL Certification v1 from WORLD LEARNS HERE, obtained in December 2008, and a Management Action Program certification from MAP, obtained in October 2001. Cate is also currently a CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker) Candidate for 2023, associated with the Mortgage Bankers Association.
