Rocío Valbuena Mendoza

Rocío Valbuena Mendoza has a diverse range of work experience, starting with a current position as a Junior Scientist at Mosa Meat since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientific Researcher at the INM-Leibniz Institute for New Materials from October 2018 to September 2021, focusing on biomaterials for 3D cell culture and tissue regeneration.
