Brian Gladsden

Brian Gladsden is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic TX since March 2023, Brian's former roles include Senior Vice President at Novartis Oncology, where responsibilities included leading Worldwide Commercial and Portfolio Strategy as well as managing operations in Japan. Brian has also held significant positions at Novartis, such as Country President for Australia and New Zealand, and General Manager across various regions. In addition to their corporate roles, Brian has served on the boards of Medicines Australia and the Korean Research-Based Pharmaceutical Industry Association. Educational credentials include a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
