Allisen Boone

Allisen Boone, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Allisen is currently serving as the Director of HR Services at Mosaic since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Milan Laser Hair Removal from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they successfully established an HR department and implemented best practices for the start-up enterprise. Allisen also designed strategies for operational improvement, increased employee engagement, and executed talent acquisition plans to support company growth. Before joining Milan Laser Hair Removal, Allisen worked as the Director of Human Resources at Green Plains Inc. from 2008 to 2018. Allisen began their career as a Human Resources/Corporate Trainer at First Nebraska Educators Credit Union from 2003 to 2008.

Allisen Boone, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Buena Vista University, which they obtained in the years 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Boone also possesses the certifications of SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Allisen has also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
