Nancy J. Potter, MA., BCBA, CAS has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical mental health and behavioral services. Nancy J. started their career at CQL (The Council on Quality and Leadership) in 1998 as a Quality Consultant. After five years, they moved on to join Mosaic in 2003, where they held various positions. Nancy J. served as the Associate Vice President from 1991 to 2010, Vice President of Performance Services from 2010 to 2014, Mental & Behavioral Health Senior Professional from 2014 to 2020, and currently holds the role of Director of Clinical Mental Health and Behavioral Services at Mosaic since 2020. With their extensive background, Nancy has gained expertise in leadership, supervision, quality measurement systems, and providing guidance in mental health, autism, and behavioral services.

Nancy J. Potter is currently a Doctoral Student in School Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado, beginning their studies in 2021 and expected to complete in 2025. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Agency Counseling from the same university.
