Dario Ruggero

Dario Ruggero currently serves as the HR Manager Europe at MOSCOT NYC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dario worked at BOGGI MILANO from March 2018 to September 2023, initially as a Sales Associate, then progressing to PLC HR Specialist and Retail HR Planner Specialist. Responsibilities included analyzing staffing schedules, managing employee life cycles, optimizing store operations, and training cashiers, along with implementing HR software solutions. Dario began a career in retail sales with Roberto Cavalli in late 2017. Dario holds a Laurea triennale in Scienze dell’amministrazione e consulenza del lavoro from Università degli Studi di Torino, completed between 2015 and 2017.
