Michael Venditto

Michael Venditto currently serves as General Counsel at Mother Cabrini Health Foundation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Partner in Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy at Reed Smith LLP from February 2008 to January 2022, where involvement included significant engagements such as advising on a Chapter 15 restructuring for a Chinese coking coal trader. Michael also served as Partner in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group at Anderson Kill & Olick from December 2002 to January 2008, representing various stakeholders in bankruptcy cases across the United States. Earlier, Michael was a Partner at Kensington & Ressler P.C. from June 1980 to December 2002, focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Michael earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, magna cum laude, from St. John's University.
