Elena C.

Elena C. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Elena began their career in 2010 at Brose as a Human Resources Administrator. After three years, they joined Plastic Omnium as a Human Resources Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of HR Country Manager Mexico at the same company. Currently, they are working at Motherson Group as the HR & HSE Director.

Elena C. has a diverse education history that includes multiple diplomas and degrees. In 2021, they obtained a Diploma in HR Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Prior to that, in 2020-2021, they completed a Diploma in coaching from the same institution. In 2018, Elena completed a Diplomado in HR Strategic Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Elena also has a Diplomado in Leadership, which they received in 2017-2018. In 2016, Elena obtained a degree in Coaching with a focus on Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Elena holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tec Milenio, which they earned from 2012-2014. Additionally, Elena graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Tlaxcala in 2005 with a Licenciatura in Administración. Elena also has a Coaching certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In terms of additional certifications, Elena obtained an Administration Estratégica de Recursos Humanos certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2021.
