Ingrid Luna Saavedra

Ingrid Luna Saavedra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and development. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Motherson Group since October 2016, Ingrid has been instrumental in opening the Barcelona office and leading various HR initiatives, including the launch of a Regional Talent development program for 300 participants in Europe. Ingrid has held multiple HR roles, including Regional Senior Associate Human Capital, Training and Development Coordinator, and Human Resources Business Partner, contributing significantly to policy implementation and talent management strategies. Prior to Motherson, Ingrid worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MOBILITY ADO and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in a freelance capacity. Ingrid holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UPAEP and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
