Vikram Sriram

Vikram Sriram has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Vikram currently holds the position of Director, Contract Manufacturing at Motif FoodWorks, where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Beyond Meat as a Senior Manager, External Manufacturing from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Beyond Meat, Vikram worked at Darigold as a Plant Manager from May 2021 to February 2022. Vikram was responsible for managing the plant operations during this time. Prior to Darigold, they worked at B&G Foods Inc. as a Plant Manager from September 2018 to April 2021, where their responsibilities included overseeing plant operations and management.

From April 2017 to May 2018, Vikram held the position of Mill Plant Manager at Didion Milling, Inc. During their tenure, they successfully developed predictive maintenance methodologies, led a multi-million-dollar rebuild and construction project for a new facility, and facilitated and led NFPA-Dust Hazard Analysis for the new design.

Prior to Didion Milling, Inc., Vikram worked at Bunge where they had various roles. Vikram served as a Plant Manager from March 2015 to March 2017, managing a soybean processing plant. Vikram also worked as a Crush Plant Manager from July 2012 to March 2015, overseeing the operations of an elevator/crush plant. In addition, they worked as an Operations Engineer from February 2008 to July 2012, providing support to 14 OPD plants in the USA and Canada in areas of operations, engineering, and project management.

Vikram began their career at Feed Energy Company in January 2005 as a Process R&D Engineer, responsible for process control and quality assurance programs. Vikram later served as an Assistant Director, Plant Operations from September 2006 to February 2008, where they managed overall operations and personnel at multiple plant locations.

Throughout their career, Vikram has demonstrated expertise in plant management, project management, process safety management, and quality assurance.

Vikram Sriram completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Madras between 1997 and 2001. Vikram then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University from 2002 to 2004. More recently, from 2019 to 2022, Vikram attended the University of Iowa and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Organizational Leadership.
