Heather Collins

Heather Collins is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and client services. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Motion Recruitment since November 2019, Heather has previously held the position of Senior Manager in both Human Resources and Client Services at companies such as Seven Step RPO and UniFirst Corporation. In roles ranging from IT Recruiter to various Senior Manager positions across reputable organizations like Equifax and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Heather has demonstrated expertise in creating effective recruitment strategies, building client relationships, and enhancing organizational performance. Heather holds a BS in Marketing from Merrimack College and has also studied at the Florence University of the Arts.
