George B. has extensive experience in technology innovation and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of Technology Innovation and Digital Transformation Manager at Motion since August 2013. George has led full stack development for e-commerce applications, managed high-performance teams to achieve KPIs, and implemented successful digital strategies, including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and CI/CD systems. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Software Engineer at Sterne Agee, contributing to the development of a proprietary financial management platform, and various software engineering positions at Xcitek Solutions Plus, Imaging Business Machines, and Warren Averett, LLC.
