Ashley Miley

Ashley Miley has a diverse work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Ashley is currently working at Motional since 2019 where they have held various roles including Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Team Lead, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an IT Recruiter for four years, specializing in recruiting top software and IT talent. Ashley also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they focused on recruiting and networking with top technical professionals in IT Applications.

Ashley Miley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Sports Marketing and Marketing from Duquesne University, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Ashley further pursued their education at Duquesne University from 2014 to 2017 and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
