Michele Yacovone Buonopane

Michele Yacovone Buonopane, CCP has a strong and extensive background in human resources. Michele currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Motional since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ERT from January 2016 to August 2021.

With Haemonetics, Michele held various roles and responsibilities, including Vice President, Human Resources Global Markets from August 2014 to January 2016, Director, Human Resources North America from March 2011 to July 2014, and Director, Compensation Benefits & HRIS from April 2004 to March 2011.

Michele also served as the Director of Corporate HR at Haemonetics Corporation from March 2010 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, Michele worked in different managerial positions at Haemonetics Corporation, including Manager of Compensation, Benefit and Payroll from March 2000 to March 2004, Manager of Benefits from June 1996 to February 2000, and Treasury Analyst from March 1993 to May 1996.

Michele's work experience began at IBM, where they worked as an Accountant from 1991 to 1992.

Michele Yacovone Buonopane, CCP completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 1988 to 1992. Currently, they are pursuing Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Purdue Global. Additionally, Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
