Sophie Mondale

Sophie Mondale has a diverse range of work experience in the product and innovation field. Sophie has worked as a Principal Product Researcher at Motional since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product & Innovation Consultant from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on product discovery and value propositions for various clients. Before that, Sophie worked at PTC from 2019 to 2020, first as a Product Experience Lead - Augmented Reality and then as a Sr. Product Designer - Augmented Reality. At PTC, they commercialized augmented reality as enterprise software and led research and testing with frontline factory workers. From 2017 to 2019, Sophie worked at Continuum as a Sr. Strategist, managing strategy and innovation projects for Fortune 500 clients. Sophie also worked as a Strategy Intern at Continuum in 2016. Sophie began their career at Target as a Product Development Coordinator, eventually becoming a Sr. Product Development Coordinator. At Target, they led in-store research and developed the company's private label home décor.

Sophie Mondale received their MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in French Studies from Macalester College from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne for a short period. Sophie Mondale completed their high school education and received an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School from 2004 to 2008.
