Kim Albers is an experienced event professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Kim began their career in 1999 as an Event and Facilities Manager for SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management, where they managed all aspects of an exposition/convention facility. In 2004, they became the Director of Events for the Salt Lake Jewish Community Center, where they were responsible for hosting all internal and community events as well as private and corporate events. In 2008, they founded their own event company, Kim Albers Events, where they specialized in event design and concept ideation. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of Sales and Incentive Groups for McVeigh Global Meetings and Events, where they successfully launched a Brand Recognition Program for the West Coast Market. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Founder and Events Director at Envy Incentives, Inc., where they doubled sales projections within 8 months and quadrupled sales by Q3 of year 2. Currently, Kim Albers is the Marketing Events Manager at Motivosity.

Kim Albers attended Utah Valley University from 1990 to 1992, where they completed their General Education and Paralegal Studies.
