Nicholas Russo

Nicholas Russo is an experienced leader in technical support and services, currently serving as the Head of Rave Support and Implementations at Motorola Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this position, Russo held several key roles at Rave Mobile Safety, including Associate Vice President and Senior Director of Technical Services and Support, where responsibilities included scaling a 24/7 technical support organization and enhancing customer satisfaction. Russo's earlier experience includes directing global support at Recommind, managing a multi-tiered support department, and serving as Vice President of Hosting Services at Planet Data Solutions. Russo began a career in technical project management at ZANTAZ, where significant contributions were made to critical projects, and earlier served as a science teacher in the City of Everett. Education includes a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Science Education, both from Boston University.
