Lucy Metcalf

Lucy Metcalf is a seasoned strategy and finance professional with a strong background in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as Strategy Manager and previously as Strategy Associate at Motorway since April 2022, Lucy has also held the position of Corporate Development Associate at Pollen from August 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst in Leveraged Finance at UBS, as well as a Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, having completed secondary education at Trinity School and Bromley High School GDST.
