Ben Koff

Ben Koff has a diverse work experience in the casino and entertainment industry. Ben currently serves as the COO and General Manager at Mount Airy Casino Resort. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing, Customer Service & Sportsbook at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. Ben also worked as an Owner at Hidden Upside, where they managed the business for several years. Additionally, they held positions as Vice President of Marketing at Golden Nugget Lake Charles, Vice President of CRM & Loyalty at SBE Entertainment, and Regional Director of Marketing at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Ben also worked in various roles at Disney General Entertainment Content, including as a New Business Associate at ABC Network and as a Marketing/Sales Account Executive at WLS TV/ABC 7 Chicago.

Ben Koff holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Radio, TV & Film from Northwestern University. In addition, they have obtained various gaming permits and licenses, including one from the Nevada Gaming Control Board, one from the Louisiana State Police, and a Mississippi Gaming License from the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
