Lara Brown

Lara Brown is a graduate of Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, completing studies in 2022. Current positions at Mount Auburn Cemetery include roles as Plant Records Intern and Horticulture Intern, enhancing practical experience in horticultural management. Previously, Lara served as a Computational Analyst at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where analytical skills were applied from September 2022 to June 2023. Earlier internships involve roles at KBR, Inc. and NASA Ames Research Center, both focusing on distributed spacecraft autonomy. Lara also contributed to NASA through an Exploration Research and Technology internship, conducting significant research on aquaculture systems for spaceflight.
