Michel Joy

Michel Joy is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Mount Auburn Cemetery since July 2023. With a notable track record at The Trustees of Reservations from April 2018 to July 2023, Michel held multiple roles including Human Resources Operations and Systems Specialist and Human Resources Representative, focusing on data integrity, information response, and supporting DBIE trainings. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant position in Multicultural Student Affairs at Northwestern University, where programming for LGBTQIA students was a priority, and various supporting roles in higher education settings.
